The butcher shop of Bros. Vasileiou in Moschato has been awarded twice with the title Gold Award of Quality and Taste!
Guided by their continuous improvement, Bros. Vasileiou chose the toolit for the redesign of the butcher’s operations to cover the rules of HACCP and ISO 22000.
The butcher shop was modernized with new equipment that ensures the proper management of meat, their by-products, minced meat, and poultry, from their receipt, short storage, and sale.
The absolute cleanliness of all areas of the butcher’s shop is ensured, eliminating the chances of contamination.
Finally, all hygiene rules are observed by the owners and staff both in the stages of management of meat, their by-products, minced meat, and poultry, as well as in matters concerning Covid-19.
